Camden bus #9 will run an hour and a half late Tuesday afternoon due to a bus driver shortage. The morning route of bus #9 will be operating on the normal schedule.
Camden bus 1 will be an hour and half late this morning.
Tomorrow afternoon Camden bus #29 will run and hour and a half late due to a bus driver shortage.
If you want to get a flu shot, today is a great day to do so. The clinic is open to all Benton County Schools staff and students from 3 PM to 5:30 PM for these shots today.

The JUNIOR HIGH football game that was scheduled for Thursday, September 26 has been moved to Tuesday, October 1. This is 8th grade night and parents need to be at the field by 4:45 for those activities that will start at 5:00. The game will be starting at 6:30.
The CJH A-Team gathered for a special celebration to honor and recognize the outstanding efforts of our dedicated bus drivers. These unsung heroes play a crucial role in ensuring the safe transportation of our students to and from school every day. We extend our heartfelt thanks to our bus drivers, whose warm and welcoming smiles brighten our mornings and afternoons, making the journey to and from school a pleasant experience for our students.

Please take note of this critical announcement from Sheriff Jeff Cassidy, President of the TN Sheriff's Association, regarding school threats.
We have received several concerns about a social media post tonight regarding a potential threat at Camden High. The Benton County School system and local law enforcement agencies are actively and thoroughly investigating the allegations.
There is no evidence of a threat against any Benton County school at this time. However, as a precaution, law enforcement will be present in increased numbers at schools tomorrow.
Remember to check the school website or app to see what's on the menu for breakfast and lunch in September. All students will enjoy free breakfast and lunch this year.
Dear Parents/Guardians,
Due to a new law, parental/guardian consent is mandatory for all students to receive care from any school nurse. Please sign and return the consent form as soon as possible. A copy is being sent home with all students today. It can also be accessed via the website at https://5il.co/2ufgf or through the app (Nurse Consent 2024-2025) in the documents folder.

COACH JACK CROCKER
My name is Jack Crocker, I am from Hollow Rock, TN I graduated from Hollow Rock Bruceton Central High School in 2020. I attended the University of Tennessee at Martin and majored in Special Education. I am the Head Boys’ Basketball Coach at Camden Junior High. Before coming to Camden, I was at Ridgemont Elementary School in Union City, TN. I am the son of Scot and Maria Crocker and have one brother, Owen Crocker. I am an avid Ohio State fan and enjoy watching basketball and reading in my spare time. I am excited to join the staff here at CJH and look forward to a great year.
