Ms. Hodge has been a dedicated teacher for 15 years and currently teaches fourth and fifth-grade math and science. She is known for her creativity and innovative teaching methods, which have helped her students to excel in their studies.

Her fondest teaching memory is creating themed days for her students, where they celebrate the end of a novel with special foods, games, and learning activities. Ms. Hodge has an amazing relationship with all her students, which is evident in how they learn and grow together as a class community. She is a true inspiration to her students, who thrive under her guidance and support. 

Ms. Hodge feels blessed to have the best coworkers and students in Benton County Schools, and she truly believes that teaching is a calling, not just a job. Ms. Hodge's passion for teaching and her commitment to her students make her a worthy recipient of this award. Her hard work, dedication, and innovative teaching methods have helped shape countless students' lives, and she is a true asset to the Holladay Elementary School community.
